Getting Started
Please contact me to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to determine if my practice is a good fit based on your needs and my skill set. You should feel comfortable, as the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of successful outcomes. Once we decide to move forward, we will schedule a 60-minute initial evaluation. During the initial evaluation, I will spend time getting to know you and/or your child. I will collect relevant information and understand the “whole picture”. Together, we will develop goals and a plan of action to work toward the outlined goals. The frequency of therapy will be discussed at that time. Weekly therapy is generally recommended, though sometimes more or less frequency is indicated. Sessions subsequent to the initial evaluation are 50 minutes in length.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of services. I accept credit cards and Zelle.
I am not contracted with any insurance plans, however, I am licensed as an “out-of-network provider” with most plans. I recommend that you call your insurance company to determine your out-of-network coverage for mental health services. They can advise about individual psychotherapy coverage (CPT code 90834).
My license numbers are listed below for your reference. I can supply you with a monthly “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (This generally ranges from 40-80% depending on your plan.).

Practice Location & Info
I offer in-person appointments in Westport, Connecticut. My office is located at 205 Main Street in Westport. I also offer virtual sessions to those who are located in Connecticut, New York and Florida. I use a HIPAA compliant and secure video-conferencing platform to ensure confidentiality.
