Approach

Stress, life transitions, relationship and work challenges can make it difficult to cope with the expectations of day-to-day life. We may find ourselves overwhelmed or consistently looking through a negative lens. I use a relational approach to help individuals to build the important skills to care for themselves while rising to the demands of their lives. Together, we work to understand how your past may be influencing your present. I am trained and certified in EMDR to help those who have experienced trauma to heal and find new meaning from these experiences.
